Recent Winner's Article

Andrew J. Rhodes, B.A. in political science from Davidson College, M.A. in international relations from The Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies, was the winner of the 2019 Ristow Prize for his paper “The Geographic President: How Franklin D. Roosevelt Used Maps to Make and Communicate Strategy.”

His article appeared in the Spring 2020 issue of The Portolan.
